Fatigue - Causes and Remedies

Fatigue can be defined as the lack of energy & enthusiasm and commonly found across the globe. Some of the other names are exhaustion, tiredness, weariness, weakness, low energy etc. Fatigue can be broadly categorised into physical and mental or recipe of both. We should always keep in mind that this is a symptom and not an illness. Many diseases results into the tiredness of fatigue still people ignore the symptoms which causes major injuries in near future.
Some of the facts of fatigue:
• Fatigue is a symptom that may be complicated for the patient to illustrate and words like exhausted, tired and lethargic are used. 
• Enduring complaints of fatigue does not link with chronic disorder. 
Signs of fatigue
  • Bloating and abdominal pain

Some of the causes of fatigue:
Mental health such as boredom, divorce, alcohol abuse etc.
Sleep problems like late night working and insomnia
Endocrine / Metabolic (e.g. kidney disease, liver disease, electrolyte problems and anemia). 
Drugs and medication such as anti hypertensive anti depressant
Remedies
Timely sleep
Practice of Yoga with the help of expert
Time to time Healthy meals
Consumption of Modafinil with the consultation doctors
